First there was milk... then by accident cheese was born.

I've never blogged before but I'm going to give it a whirl and see how I go.

This blog will be about me, my life, cheesemaking and perhaps other interests such as cooking in general.

Recently I attended a cheese making workshop and absolutely loved it.  And now I can't think of anything else but cheesemaking - it haunts my waking thoughts - I'm still to find out if I dream about cheesemaking!
